The older my children get, the more unruly they become, and the more difficult it is for me to establish my authority. So I searched my memories for what terrified me the most during my childhood: so I asked LegendofZanon Tyler to create a ReDead mask for me! It was a real pleasure to conceptualize this mask both from scratch, drawing inspiration from the official artwork of Ocarina of Time. Tyler was very motivated and listened to my ideas. He showed me every step of the way, making sure the mask looked exactly the way I wanted it to be. His unmatched talent made it possible to create a wooden mask far more beautiful than anything I could have imagined. The mask looks old, dirty, rotten, almost demonic. Thanks to this, I finally have a way to scare my children to calm them down! (also works on my cat)

Inspired by the haunting ReDeads from The Legend of Zelda, this one-of-a-kind, hand-carved ReDead Mask (Spooky Mask) pays tribute to some of the most unforgettable creatures in the series. Known for their chilling paralysis gaze and eerie wails echoing through places like Hyrule Castle Town and the depths of Ikana, ReDeads are carved into Zelda legend as symbols of lingering sorrow and unquestionable fear.
This mask captures that unsettling presence—crafted from Canadian cedar and sculpted by hand, with free-form clay used to shape the decayed mouth and flesh-like textures true to the ReDead’s iconic design. Each mask is an original artwork, uniquely shaped, detailed, painted, and finished by hand.
