Order Processing

All items are handmade and may require additional time to create before shipping. Standard processing for in-stock items is 3–5 business days.
For made-to-order or pre-order pieces, production times will be listed in the product description and may extend beyond standard processing.

Once your custom piece is finished being made, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, and you will receive tracking information as soon as it ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination. Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur and are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, carrier, and package weight. Any available shipping promotions or discounts will be shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Information

Once an item has shipped—whether it is an in-stock piece or a finished made-to-order item—your order cannot be canceled or changed. Tracking information will be provided by email as soon as the package is scanned by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist by providing tracking numbers and order details if required for the claim.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections or international processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives defective. If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order information so we can review the case.

High-Volume or Holiday Delays

During busy periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
